I work with organisations in the public and voluntary sectors on leadership and management development. My focus is to support individuals to bring about the changes they want to achieve while working with the wider system in mind.  This might be through one to one coaching, through a structured training programme or through a bespoke team intervention.

Together with a small group of highly experienced associates I design and deliver learning and development solutions that work for you and your organisation.



My learning interventions are designed around you; perhaps you are: 

• Aware that your current or preferred style does not always get the results you want
• New to your role and want to reduce the time it takes to be competent and confident in the job
• Leading change and addressing issues of effectiveness or performance in your team
